The Sergeant

It was announced that Rain's promotion to sergeant would formally be on May 1, 2013. That's today! Yay! However, after seeing Rain's photos from the April 25 Consolatory Train, a lot of us noticed that he has received the four bars badge which signifies that he has become a sergeant! It seems that the news and the badges, Rain has received them in advance.
